The St. Isidore Solar Project currently consists of one 12-MWdc solar PV installation east of Ottawa, near the town of St. Isidore in the Municipality of the Nation, Ontario. The second 12-MWdc site is in development.  The site utilizes thin film panels to produce electricity that is connected to the local Hydro One distribution grid. This green energy will offer a source of distributed generation in eastern Ontario, and will strengthen the presence of EDF EN Canada in the region.
