The Bayshore Recycling Solar Project Installation is the largest solar panel system in the recycling industry, providing sustainable, non-polluting energy to Bayshores' Eco-Complex and Energy Campus. Under the partnership with Bayshore, enXco developed, constructed, owns, and operates the system, and supplies the project's output to Bayshore Recycling under a PPA.
A total of 9,318 solar panels are installed on roofs at Bayshores' EcoComplex and Energy Campus. The massive system now powers a majority of the company's operations, including the recycling of concrete, asphalt, brick and block.
